Why isn’t speech working?
Speech needs a supported iPad with iPadOS 26 or later and microphone permission. Apple may need to download English language support first. Tapping activities are available too.

Common questions
Does the app work offline?
Games and narration work offline. Speech may need a one-time language download.
Where is progress saved?
On your iPad. Your device backups may also include it. Deleting the app’s data removes progress from that iPad.
How do I turn off usage sharing?
In Grown-ups, turn off “Share app usage”. This stops Mixpanel collection and clears unsent events. Crash reporting is separate; see the Privacy Policy.
When you email
Include your iPad model, app version, and a short description of what happened. Please don’t send a child’s name or voice recordings.
